查理一直是港式飲茶的愛好者，因為特別喜歡皮薄餡多的蒸餃，還有一簍簍冒著煙的小點心們。
（偷偷說，其實今年初就吃過這家了，一個懶癌大發作，拖到現在才發文🤣）
那我們就來看看，年初的查理到底吃了什麼吧～
👉柳葉雪菜餃
既然提到了皮薄餡多的蒸餃，那就先來份可愛的蒸餃吧。白白胖胖卻又不厚的薄皮，搭配裡面清脆的雪菜，沾上醬油，非常好吃。查理一個人，可以吃掉一份。
不過內餡也是稍稍比較清淡，所以重口味的草食玩家們記得搭配沾醬。
👉櫛瓜元寶餃
平常看到櫛瓜都是出現在披薩或比較西式的料理，剛好看到菜單上有，就順手點看看了！
皮一如繼往的優秀，有嚼勁，又不會太厚。
不過吃不太出來世櫛瓜本瓜，如果說他是胡瓜，我好像也可以接受🤣
👉奶油焗白菜
來港式飲茶也是必點的一道菜，不過他有奶呦，不吃奶的草食玩家們就避開呦～
香酥的焗烤表皮，配上奶醬跟柔軟的白菜，吃到最後不會太膩，也是推推呦
👉鬆化叉燒酥
含蛋奶
查理覺得，叉燒酥，也是吃港式飲茶必點的點心吃一！
剛上桌，微燙，配上酥酥的外皮以及調味剛好的內餡，一不小心就會一口接一口的吃完了！
👉腸粉（我忘記我當時點哪一個了🤣）
我之前吃過很粉的素腸粉外皮，感覺只吃了皮沒有吃到其他東西。
這家的完全不會，外皮是有點彈性，又不會太硬的皮，配上醬汁，非常好吃。
👉乾扁四季豆
這道出現，單純是查理自己喜歡四季豆。
乾扁適合餐廳廚房的大鍋子，所以菜單上如果有乾扁四季豆，也會忍不住想點。
這是一道很下飯的菜，調味也剛剛好，不會有太生的蔬菜味。
依稀記得，吃完後，盤底是沒有誇張到有一大層油的。
👉湯（我在現有的菜單找不到名字🤣）
我記得當時是點酸辣湯，但我現在在菜單上看不到了 哈哈哈
這個是一小盅的份量，一個人喝滿剛好的。
我覺得是調味跟勾芡都處理得很好的湯品。
介紹完當天的菜品了，想來聊聊餐廳的部分。
疫情以來，很多蔬食餐廳都倒了，知道了茶樓也將於今年十月底結束營業，覺得滿可惜的。
